She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eugene Chaffin and Mary Amanda Chaffin (Barnett); her husband Ernest Lee "Pete" Lowery; her son Kevin Lowery; and her siblings, Herbert Walter Chaffin (Clara), Richard Eugene Chaffin (Esther), Luther Chaffin (Emma Jean), Lindy Chaffin (Shirley), Mildred Opal Dearth (George Kramer), Ella May Williamson, Ruby I. Ratcliff (Lloyd), Dorothy Brugh (Larry) and Ada Mary Chaffin.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Lowery, Janet Leasure, Teresa Lowery, Ernest Lowery Jr. and Craig Lowery; her grandchildren, Lester Lowery, Steven Lowery, Candace Lowery, Ernie Lowery, Ashley Elder, Timothy Wheeler, Karlie, Jacob Hambrick, Megan Clouser, Kayla Yuska, Nate Gillespie, Madison Hatten, Jessica Lowery and William Lowery; and her great grandchildren, Gabe, Serenity, Mayson, Kenzie, Landyn, Colton, Gracie, Owen, Kali, Joel, Catherine Clouser, Olivia, Harrison and McKinley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, her church family, and dear friends.
