She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Elliott and Clarabelle M. Elliott (Spindler); her spouse Jerry G. Watters; her sister Connie; her parents-in-law, Virgil E. and Mary Watters (Ritchea); and her son-in-law Myke Kalb.
She is survived by: her children, Coyt Watters (Linda), Carol Kalb and Cheri Hamilton (Scott); and her grandchildren, Maia, Erica, Elliott, Josh, William and Hope.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, the American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association, or a service charity of your choice.
