He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin and Attie Ione Riley (Kleisner). He is survived by: his children, Timothy Riley of Huber Heights and Maureen Riley (Jeff) of Columbus, Ohio.; and his wife Agnes Riley (Concini). He is also survived by two children; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
