She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Martin and Blanche M. Martin (Fornash); and her siblings, Donna, Jim, Charlie, Paul, Harry, Myrtle, Jane, Betty, Joanne and Gary.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Cathy Martin.
