She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster I. Cochenour and Rachel M. Cochenour (Chaney); her children, Jackie Locke (Newlun) and Dale Roy Newlun; her siblings, Leonard Cochenour, Helen Stanton (Cochenour) and Barbara Patterson (Cochenour); her daughter-in-law Nneka Newlun; her pet Kitty; and her friend Joyce Weaver.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Newlun and Danny Newlun (Tammy); her son-in-law George Baker Jr.; her stepson Eric Cooley; and her grandchildren, Amy Jo Newlun (Bill McCoy), Shayne Newlun (Heather), Chelsea Newlun, Brad Locke (Allison), Chad Locke (Terina), Angela Webber (Kenny), Ashleigh Calu (Frank), Daniel Newlun II, Hollie Baker (Tyler), Dionte Newlun, Donzel Newlun, Nigella Newlun, Kerry Locke (Ursula), Stacia Baker, Mitchell Baker and Katey Baker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
