He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Rohrer of Chillicothe and James M. Kelly of Coal Grove, OH; his grandchildren, Robert Ferguson (Tara), Heather Gleason, Amanda Daniels, Shannon Kelly, James Carl Kelly (Phebe), Brandon Wrightsel, Christopher Wrightsel (Whitney), Casey Wrightsel and Keah Smith (Matt); his children, Kayla, Morgan Daniels, Katelynn Ferguson, Kendal Kelly, Hunter, Cameron Smith, Keegan, Kaelyn, Kieryn Kelly, Clayton Ergle, Lacey, Mason, Cadence, Camden, Ryder and Rory Wrightsel; his great great grandchild Sonny Jay Valentine; and his cousin Veta.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
