He is survived by: his children, Julia L. Barnhart Francis (Jeffrey) of Athens and Matthew S. Barnhart (Emily) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Hallie Cochran (Trevor) of Marietta, Wiley M. and Oaklyn L. Barnhart of Chillicothe; his great grandchild Rylan Mae Cochran; and his brother Frank Barnhart (Janet) of Montverde, FL.
