He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ann Hinty. He is survived by: his father Raymond F. Hinty; his wife Nancy Hinty (Davis); his children, Matthew Hinty (Laura), Todd Hinty, Teresa Hinty and Katherine Hinty Brennan (Seamus); his grandchildren, Taylor Hinty, Monica Ford (Andrew), Matthew Hinty, Daniel Hinty, Mishell Hinty, Tyler Hinty, Claire Brennan, Poppy Brennan and Beatrice Brennan; his great grandchild Charlotte Hinty; his brothers, Robert Hinty (Lynne), Dennis Hinty (Julie) and Jerry Hinty (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Thomas, Sally Kleon and Tye Davis (Kris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
