With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard A. Parker of Chillicothe, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 29, 2025 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard A. Parker to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Parker and Frances J. Bell Parker; his son Charles Cottrill; and his brother Rick Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Partee (Mark) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Tessa-Lynn, Emma Cottrill, Olivia Partee and Owen Partee; and his sisters, Virginia Keller of Chillicothe, Jackie Glassburn (David) of Chillicothe, Theresa Parker of Chillicothe, Tami Kelley (Lewis) of Chillicothe and Kim Hardesty of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contribution be made to the Ware Funeral Home, 121 W. Second St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
