He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Warner of Chillicothe, Linda Warner of Washington, C. H., Karen Smalley of Washington, C. H. and Angie Adams (Eric) of Kingston; and his brother David Warner (Lisa) of Massieville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
