He is survived by: his wife Julie Bethel; his sons, Richard Woods, Jr. (Sherri) of Chillicothe and Jacob Woods (Whitney) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Beckett Woods and Piper Woods; his brother Rodney Woods (Shirley) of Chillicothe; and his brothers-in-law, Jason Bethel (Janie) of Chillicothe and Doug Bethel (Melissa) of Tennessee.
