He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer C. Burns and Norma L. Dray Burns; and his sister Susan Wiseman. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Trego of Chillicothe and Carol Hill of Chillicothe.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
