He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gallaugher and Olive L. Gallaugher (Leibe); his wife Julia A. "Judy" Saunders; and his sisters, Betty Farmer and Jean Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Gallaugher of Perry Co, Nicole Gates (Matt) of Galloway, OH and Robert E. "Rob" Gallaugher II of Chillicothe; and his brother Ronald Gallaugher (Hope). He is also survived by 3 nephews.
