He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Roy Fultz and Geraldine Bethel Fultz; his wife Sharon K. Kauffman; his stepfather Carl Ison; his sisters, Glenna Elliott, Judith Workman, Evelyn Jean (Robert Chaney) and Mary "Tick" (Jerry McCorkle); and his close friend Gary Graves.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda McGuire (Mike) of Chillicothe, Kevin Fultz (Terri) of Chillicothe, Tony Fultz (Sheri) of Chillicothe and Regina Williamson (Billy Scarberry) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Kevin "Keon" Fultz, Leslie Fultz-Keiser (Jason), Kevin "Chopper" Williamson, Jenifer "Buff" Williamson, Drew Fultz (Marissa), Matt McGuire, Marcus McGuire (Kendra), Kelli Jo Leapley (Ethan), Megan Cottrill (Chris) and Faye "Lynnie" Cottrill; his siblings, James Fultz, Duane Ison (Lorna) and Chris Fultz; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Barber and Jody Graves; his close friend BJ McCray; and his pet Bridgette. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
