He was predeceased by: his mother Joy Gilliland; and his grandmother Betty "Gran" Blanton. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Lynn Penwell (Park); his siblings-in-law, Brandon and Aprille Park; his parents-in-law, Bob and Kitty Park; and his nephew Asher Park.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Open Door Church (3130 S Bridge St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
