She was predeceased by: her parents, David O. Sr. Riley and Sarah Koblentz Riley; her husband George E. Black; her son Ronald L. Webb; and her siblings, Charles Riley, David O. "Buzzy" Riley, Jr., Maggie Zickafoose, Mary Scheeler, Helen Mallow and Sarah Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Burton (Michael) of Circleville, OH, Jeffrey L. Webb of Caldwell, OH and Michael E. Webb of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
