He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bernard and Mary Maxine Lawhorn (Bowman); and his sister Janet Elaine Lawhorn. He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Pinnix, Dale Lawhorn, Sharon Davidson, David Treadway (Kate) and Edwin A. Lawhorn; his pet Chizzum; and his close friends, Tim "Smitty" Smith, Chuck McCrae, Terri Polen, Jimmy Cox, Misty Scaggs, Jessica and Leesa. He is also survived by 9 nephews, 1 niece, 5 great-nephews, 4 great-nieces, and 4 great-great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home in his honor.
