He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Anthony and Jack Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughter Katie; his granddaughters, Ruby and Vivian; and his siblings, Jeff Anthony (Vicki) and Staci Siddall (Steve). He is also survived by his wife, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters.
