He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sprouse and Rose Sprouse (Bolino); his son Steven A. Sprouse; his brothers, John Sprouse, David Sprouse and Mark Sprouse; and his nephew John James "J. J." Sprouse.
He is survived by: his son Thomas D. Sprouse of Chillicothe; his brother Daniel Sprouse (Julie) of Hermitage, PA; and his sibling's children, Heather Counts (Michael) of Chillicothe, OH, Tina Good (Scott) of Albuquerque, NM, David B. Sprouse II of Albuquerque, NM, Lori Moses (Chris) of Albuquerque, NM and Sarah Byerly (Bobby) of Hermitage, PA. He is also survived by many great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Thomas's family ask that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
