He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sprouse and Rose Sprouse (Bolino); his son Steven A. Sprouse; his brothers, John Sprouse, David Sprouse and Mark Sprouse; and his nephew John James "J. J." Sprouse.
He is survived by: his son Thomas D. Sprouse of Chillicothe; his brother Daniel Sprouse (Julie) of Hermitage, PA; his nieces, Heather Counts (Michael) of Chillicothe, OH, Tina Good (Scott) of Albuquerque, NM, Lori Moses (Chris) of Albuquerque, NM and Sarah Byerly (Bobby) of Hermitage, PA; and his nephew David B. Sprouse II of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by many great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Thomas's family ask that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
