He is survived by: his wife Dora Leasure; his children, Timothy Pettit, Jr. (Shawnda Steele) of Zaleski, Steven Pettit of Chillicothe and Melinda Pettit (Brandon Gordon) of Chillicothe; his granddaughter McKenzie Dewhurst; and his siblings, Mike Pettit, William Pettit, Wanda Leasure and Brenda Graham (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
