As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Toni may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Rhea and June Francis Rhea; and her siblings, Mark Rhea, Rex Rhea and Kristi Rhea.
She is survived by: her husband Mark A. Chamberlin of Chillicothe; her siblings, Cathy Pepin of Chillicothe, Becky Baker of Houston, TX and Todd Rhea of Chillicothe; and her great-nephew Kashtyn Rhea. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 9 great great nieces and great great nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with burial expenses.
