It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Whitney Nicole Neeley of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather David Neeley; her aunts, Judy (Nannan) and Lisa; her grandfather Glenn; and her uncles, Clay and Johnathan.
She is survived by: her parents, Glenna Cooper of Warsaw Kentucky and David Neeley of Chillicothe, Ohio.; and her grandparents, Brenda, Gary Rooker, Luanie Neeley and Sandi Payne. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
