He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Booth and Hazel Booth (Banks) of Chillicothe, Ohio.; his significant other Marsha Watkins Booth; and his brother-in-law Phil Seymour. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Ann Seymour; his daughter Jamie Proctor (Fred); his grandsons, William and Cole Proctor; and his nieces, Tracey Creed (Jeff) and Theresa Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (221 E Main St, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
