He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raines and Ruth Raines. He is survived by: his wife Anne Raines (McMahon); his sons, W. Christopher Raines (Starlet) and J. Barry Raines (Angel); his grandchildren, Emily, Molly Raines, Bambi Marcum, Travis, Tabby, Taylor, Tricia, Stella, Heather, Christopher, Victoria, McKenna, Kaleigh (Raines), Jordan Harrington, Megan, Madison Raines and Josh Yates; his sister Cathy Hayes; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Payne (Raines); his daughters, Emily and Molly; his siblings, Bob Raines and Marlene Forcum; his son Thomas Raines; and his sibling Bourneville. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
