She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Withrow and Alice Withrow; and her siblings, Alice Ward, Elizabeth Jane Sims, Mary Lou Brock, Mable Alley, Molly Harrington, Linda Rameriz, Clarence Withrow, James Withrow Sr., Harry Withrow, Glen Withrow and Ralph Withrow.
She is survived by: her children, Matt and Casey Hamner (Amy); her goddaughter Desiree Davis (Andrew); her grandchildren, Thomas Hamner, Mattalynn, Katherine Marie Hamner, Casey Hamner II, Bearanda Bellomy, Andrew, Alexis, Megan, Britton, Bryce Bush, Grace Kelly, Lyric Maxwell, Cole Davis and Ayda Davis; and her siblings, Jo Tinker, Cynthia Withrow, Samuel Withrow, Virgil Withrow and Michael Withrow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
