He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Williams and Jason Rhoten (Sheri); and his siblings, George Rhoten, Coralyn Bone, Connie Ammerman-Jafarace, John Rhoten and Betty Rebecca Rhoten. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
