He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Hissom and Laura J. Hissom (Bailie); his brother Bob Hissom; and his sister-in-law Jill Hissom (Diamond). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hissom; his children, Ashley Vidika (Chris) of Olmsted Twp, OH, Tyler Hissom (Courtney Markiewitz) of Lorain, OH and Travis Hissom of Chippewa Lake, OH; his grandson Jayden Vidika; and his siblings, Mark Hissom of Salem, OH, Kimberly Rosta of Salem, OH and Renee Hissom of Salem, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Home (3477 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256).
