He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Ruth Fern Fetherolf (Connor). He is survived by: his wife Maryann Martha Fetherolf (Fark); his children, David Fetherolf (Jill) and Teri Fetherolf Bailey (Doug Poe); his grandchildren, Jake Fetherolf (Shannon), Sydnie Fetherolf, Nicholas Bailey and Natalie Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Beau, Vivienne and Deliliah Fetherolf.
