He is survived by: his mother Sherry Dollar (Bishop) of Seville; his son Jesse; his daughter-in-law Emily Dollar of Rittman; his daughter Danielle Dollar of Parma; his grandchildren, Logan and Remington; and his sisters, Denise Dawkins of Seville and Lisa (Mike Maletz) of Florida.
