He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey S. Kolts and Phyllis Kolts. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kolts; his siblings, Barry Kolts of Houston, MO, Dean Kolts of Syracuse, NY and Vicki Lee Kolts of Endwell, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kasavich (Joe) of Bainbridge, OH, Raymond Busher (Ann) of Cleveland, OH, Thomas Busher of Fort Worth, TX and Mark Busher (Collette) of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
