He is survived by: his children, Melissa Block (Derek), Kimberly Wilson (Rob), Michele Meininger (Kelli Guenther), Sharon Bryson (Mick), John Adams (Karren) and Ashley Hixson (Andy); his grandchildren, Julia Block Rossiter (Jackson), Carson Block, Marley Block, Tristian Vilardo, Titus Wilson, Taliah Wilson, Lily Guenther, Holden McDowell, Hudson McDowell, Braylon Bryson, Charley Hixson, Evey Hixson, Ava Adams and Stella Adams; and his great grandchild Milo Vilardo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home - TriCounty (11285 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246).
