He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edward Oriez and Marie Madeleine Oriez; his siblings, Paul M. Petoud and Madeleine Marie Petoud; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Kohl and Betty Petoud.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Adele Oriez; his daughters, Polly Dubois Oriez (Johnny Corey) and Suzanne Kay Oriez Arcuri; his grandsons, Ethan Joseph Arcuri and Johnny Ray Corey Jr. (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Albert Martin Corey and Carter Edward Corey; Scarlett M. Corey. He is also survived by sister-in-law, nephew, and nieces.
