He was predeceased by: his former wife Gayle Wadsworth Keller; and his daughter Melissa Keller. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Laurie Cochrane (Gary), Lynne Anderson (Mark) and Robert Keller (Shawna); his son-in-law Thomas Kuhn; his grandchildren, Brian, Melanie, Sarah, Stephen, Carolyn, Benjamin, Alison, Alyssa, Lindsey and Jake; his children, Phillip Brown (Cynthia), Christopher Brown (Amy) and Leslie Kolesnikov (Sasha); and his grandchildren, Nick, Katie, Grace, Madelaine, Owen, Liam, Teddy, Jack and Ava. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blevins Family Hunger Fund at Anderson Hills United Methodist Church, 7515 Forest Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45255.

“I met Alex my first year at Procter. 1960! We bonded quickly and were friends for over 60 years. Worked very closely together for 7 years in the 70,s. Saw him every several years as he came through Dallas ( his home town) in later years. I liked and admired him. A man of total integrity, undaunted purpose, and high achievement. Strong family man and of deep faith. A good man in every sense of that word. I will miss him. Chuck Jarvie”
