He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Thomson, Jr. and Adele Noyes Thomson; his sister Adele; and his grandson Tom Marmet. He is survived by: his wife Sally Wood Thomson; his children, Douglas (Stephanie), Stephen (Jeny) and Elizabeth Marmet (Roger); and his brother-in-law Chip Wood (Beth). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
