He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lay and Dee Lay. He is survived by: his children, Emily Lay and Kyle Lay (Claire); his grandson Chase Allen Lay; his stepdaughter Kari Hogeback (Kristin); his stepgranddaughter Karter Hogeback; and his brothers, Garry Lay (Barb) and Phil Lay (Jeannette). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
