He is survived by: his daughters, Vivian Pittard and Yvonne Pittard; his grandsons, John McIntosh, Derrick Pittard (Melissa), Dorian Pittard and Malik Smith (Brittany); his daughter Janice "Tuddie" McIntosh; and his grandson Dustin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home - TriCounty (11285 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246).
