She is survived by: her father James Phillips; her children, Logan Hahn of Cincinnati, Jana Hahn of Anchorage and Kaitlyn Hahn of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Raelynn, Kennedi, Alani and Cortez; and her siblings, Denise, Lynn, Gina, Jamie and Jimmy.
