He is survived by: his wife Jan Harvey; his children, Timothy Harvey (Tina), John Harvey (Rachel) and Colleen Siciliano (Barry); his grandchildren, Matt, Jake Harvey (late Rachael) of Alex Hickey, AJ, Samantha Ostendorf (Kurt) and Nicole Busch (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Barrett, James, Violet and Ryker.
Born on March 8, 1940, Andy is remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and friends and his contributions to the world of sports as a baseball umpire and basketball referee.
