He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean C. Nogueira; his children, Andrew (Kellie), Joseph (Valerie), Thomas, Nancy Galster (Steve), Susan Porter (Steven) and Mark (Lisa); and his sibling Manola Nogueira Fraga.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home- Springdale (11365 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
