She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas Hammelrath "Big Tom"; her son Thomas Patrick; and her sister Kay Dietrich. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Timothy, Tim Hammelrath and Mark Hammelrath (Mary); her daughter-in-law Jane Hammelrath; her grandchildren, Kara Hammelrath (Sean Carpen), Kristin Blake (Jack), Kathleen Rinderknecht (Joshua), Elizabeth Daffron (Joshua), Elise Hammelrath and Luke Hammelrath; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Luella, Jack, Ella, Will, George, Nora and Josephine. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Bayley Place Senior Living (990 Bayley Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45233). An entombment was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
