He was predeceased by: his brother Jon Sarley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Melissa Jane Braunstein (Sarley) and Stephen Davis Sarley (Shannon); his grandchildren, Drew Sarley, Sarah Theisz (Alec), Josh Sarley, Jake Braunstein and Lizzie Braunstein; and his brother Joseph Sarley (Penny). He is also survived by many relatives, coworkers, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in tribute to Dave's strength and perseverance during his long battle with lung cancer.
