She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Potter and Viola Potter. She is survived by: her husband Albert William Byrd; her adoptive son Dwight Jones of Cincinnati; her sister Angie Smith of Cincinnati; her granddaughters, DeAnna and D'Audra Jones of Cincinnati; her great grandchild Aniya Jones; her daughter Wilma Byrd of Cincinnati; and her sisters-in-law, Cynthia, Donna, Jnessa, Toda and Brenda Byrd.
