He is survived by: his children, Lisa Washington, Tina Snow, Azel Mincy Jr., Richard Mincy (Sandrana) and Steven Mincy; his siblings, Jazel Mincy (Sylvia), Christine Mincy, Vonnita Mincy, Sharon Allen, Karen Allen and Sandy Allen; and his close friend Marcy Frasier. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
