She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Himes. She is survived by: her children, David Himes (Beth) and Kathy Himes; her son-in-law David Joswiak (Vicky Palm); her grandchildren, Naomi (Ryan), Andrew, Emily, Leah, Sarah and Holly Himes; and her sisters-in-law, Lukas, Alison and Janet.

Her desired memorial was that they love and take care of each other, though contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the OSU James Cancer Center would be appropriate.
