It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joan Steidel of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clayton King and Mary Ruth King (Rogers); her husband Daniel Lee Steidel; her brother Richard C. King; and her grandson Christopher Yarocki.

She is survived by: her friend Faith; and her children, Amy Wuest (Robert), Beth Pope (Adam), Jodie Yarocki (Ron) and Daniel Jay Steidel (Tommi). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, sister in laws, extended family and her lifelong friends.

“Another member of the BHS Class of 1953 asked if I knew of Barabara (Bobby) passing. We were not sure but talked about our times at Bellevue High. Am so sorry to hear of this as she was such a good friend in school and not too long-ago Bobby I and another classmate met up again on Face Book. My prayers go out to her family and friends as knowing Bobby I understand how much you will miss her.”
