It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Janice Louden in Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Packard and Lora Packard; and her sister Kathy Packard. She is survived by: her siblings, Sarah Packard (Sally) and David Packard; her children, Tracey Fowler, Charles Loder and Jennifer; and her half-siblings, Chisa Yearwood, Hana Packard, Jin Packard and Kim Packard. She is also survived by her family and friends.

“Dear loved ones of Janice, I learned earlier from Sally that Janice had left the hospital having survived a stroke, so was saddened to learn from Chisa today that she had passed away last Monday. Given our grandmother Lulu Packard's longevity, I anticipated that Janice would be driving across the US on many more road trips to visit her children, family and friends. I'll always remember her as the adventurous soul who followed her heart to Alaska and honored our grandmother in many ways. Kim”
