She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin O. Johnson and Gertrude A. Johnson; her husband Joe A. Phegley; her son Jeffrey M. Phegley; and her siblings, Marvin Johnson, Betty Reichardt and Robert Johnson.
She is survived by: her son J. Kevin; and her family Barb. She is also survived by extended family, including two sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, cousins and godchildren, and many close friends.
