She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ritter; her son Michael Ritter; and her siblings, Jack Westrich and Donna Hood. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ritter (Patricia), Anthony Ritter and Shannon Homoelle (Greg); her grandchildren, Michelle Watts (Drew), Stephen Ritter, Jonathan Ritter, Kristin Woodall, Colby Ritter (Tyrrah Miller), Nathan Homoelle, Olivia and Emma Homoelle; and her great grandchildren, Remy Ritter, Connor Woodall and Ava Watts.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation, as Barbara was a proud survivor and a champion for this cause.
