She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Bruce Stockton Sr.; her parents, Gladys Bishop and Joe Bill Bishop; her sisters, Linda "Mae" Hensley (Bishop) and Marie Charles; her niece Dawn Sue Bishop; her uncle Phil "Junior" Lakes; and her brothers-in-law, JB, Dickie Stockton, Denver Hensley and Bob Sizemore.
She is survived by: her children, Latosha Lamb (Robert), Melvin Stockton Jr. (Geneva) and James "Mike" Dufresne; her grandchildren, KateLynn Stockton, Melvin Stockton III, Juan Stockton, Gabriela "Gabby" Stockton, Hazel and Li-Li Stockton; her siblings, Catherine "Kitty" Hensley, Joann Martini (Jeff), Joe Bishop (Heather) and Linda Sizemore; her mother-in-law Laura Mae Harris; and her sisters, Betty Johnson and Tina Williams.
