She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Shapiro; her brother Edward Litwack; and her parents, Ida Litwack and Isadore Litwack. She is survived by: her children, Karen Gray (late David), Stephen Shapiro (Ann), Lisa Shapiro (Cory Rodriguez) and Alison Bloom (Andrew); her siblings, Jerry Litwack (late Louise) and Michael Litwack (Leslie); her grandchildren, Robert (Alexandra), Ellen Shapiro (Nathaniel Botwinick), Adam (Chris Chapline), Jeremy Bloom (Leah) and Berkeley Gray (Scott Whitehead); and her great grandchildren, Elliott, Amelia Whitehead, Teddy, Blake Shapiro and Zachary Botwinick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
